Do you clean after a small remodel?
Yes. We handle everything from a kitchen or bathroom remodel to full construction projects. Size doesn't matter: what we're after is clearing the fine dust and construction residue so the space looks and feels finished.
Do you work with contractors and developers?
Yes. We coordinate with general contractors and developers to hand units over ready for the end client. For multi-unit projects we build a plan around the construction schedule. Book a visit and we'll set the scope and the right time to come in.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the space and how much residue the work left behind. A small apartment or unit can be a day; a large project, several. The most accurate way is for us to see the space or get photos and plans, and we'll give you a clear estimate.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove light residue and construction dust. Heavy or demolition debris requires separate handling and disposal, so that's coordinated separately and we tell you clearly from the quote, no surprises.
